1995 Blazer Wont Start

Blazer started running bad and hesitating when you apply the gas pedal and now it wont start. I have found an abundance of issues leading up to current day. I orignaly thought it was an ignition issue. I found that the coil and ignition module were bad as well as the plug wires. After replacing those I found the primary vacuum line on the back of the intake was broke so I replaced all the visible vacuum lines under the hood. Still the vehicle just turns over. I am getting spark and fuel pressure is at 40 lbs and bleeds off right away. When I crank it I get 35 or so. At this point I pulled the plenum and noticed the left side of the intake was soaked with fuel. I replaced the nut kit, spider assembly and fuel pressure regulator. I tested the lines to ensure it pressured up with no leaks and put it all back together. It started once and ran prety good and then it wouldnt start back up. I tested pressure again and now I get 50lbs. I sprayed carb cleaner in the intake and it starts and then dies. I replaced the fuel pump (aftermarket) about six months ago along with the fuel tank. I am leaning towards a new AC Delco Fuel pump. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Replaced Parts:

Cap and rotor
spider assmbly
Fuel pressure Reg
Plug wires
TPS
Vacuum lines (Intake)
