1995 S-10 Blazer no power to the fuel pump or relay

Hey what's up guys...thanks for allowing me to join. I checked several posts to make sure that I wasn't gonna clutter the site with another question, but I could not find an answer. I just bought a 95 blazer from a buddy and he said it needed a fuel pump. The price was right so I figured why not. I put the pump in, replaced the spider under the plenum, pressure regulator ect and could not get it to run. I had fuel pressure to the rail when I would cycle the key, and when the starter was engaged, but never in the run position. I tried runnin a hot wire to the grey fuel pump wire to at least get it to run and have still had no luck...now I have no power to the pump or relay at all and was exploring passkey fixes, but I'm not sure that's the problem...all the passkey fixes call for three wires and my ignition only has 2 wires comming off of it, and there isn't a resistor in the key anyways...I have tested the 2 relays in the glove box and they are good, but I'm getting no power to it either...I'm super stuck.

Check the ground wire, make sure of the connection. You could disconnect the fuel feed line at the pump and see if any gas sprays out also
