1999 Blazer Throttle body seals source needed.

Im am getting to a road end here. This blazer was a solid 18 mpg plus unit until a few years back when I stopped using it for months at a time. Right now I found a few leaks (smoke test) and what appeared to be a defective fuel pressure regulator. I can go in much details but I will save that for later. At some point I had the long term fuel trim looking ok (from single digits to low double digits) but I knew my throttle body had a leak where the throttle linkage comes in to the body and where the throttle body meets the air duct. I fixed the airduct/tb leak with rtv (since not even gmc sells the seals) but I tried to use a throttle seal from a junkyard... You guess it, the junkyard seal was worst and now my old seal wont seal as well either. My ltft are in the %25 most of the time now so I need a new seal and gmc dont sell it either... Replacement throttle body (remanufacutred) is from $150 to $300 and up... Not a good picture... Maybe someone here has had that problem and knows a good source of seals or a place that might have it. The usual places like Napa, autozone, etc don't have it... Please help...

Obviously, the seal in inside the body, comes out once you remove the throttle linkage, valve and spring... There is a bearing but it seems ok.

Once I have this taken care off I might come back if that dont solve my problem but I am lean with the 171 and 174 codes setting in depending on how hard we run it. This is my hauling vehicle and with summer around the corner it is bound to see harder driving than what my daughter does to it now that is just going to college with a 14 miles round trip.

Thanks!

PS - In the mean time I will be going to the pull-a-part to see if I get lucky and find a throttle body that will seal properly. How much vacuum on it's own should this throttle body hold and for how long? (if I take the throttle body out, seal it and then apply a vacuum) How about the vacuum on a normal system, how much vacuum should it hold and for how long? Right now the manifold sensor shows around 20's in/hg while in idle and then can go lower than 9in/hg doing normal driving.
PS #2 - I need a diagram of the vacuum system. I have a few hoses that are leaking (I have them pulled off the system for now) and I need to find where they go. One goes inside the cab so I am sure it is related to the ac with the vents dont seem to work properly. any help will be appreciated..
Thanks!!!!
