1999 Blazer will not start after filter change

The fuel pump in my 1999 4wd 2 dr blazer went out. We switched out the pump and started it up. It started up after being primed we drove it around and went and filled the tank with gas then brought it back to change out the fuel filter. Changed out the fuel filter and now it will not start. It sputtered a little bit but wont start up. We bled the lines and primed the pump again to make sure but it just wont start up. Please help me out and dont say use :icon_google: ive maxed out on it.

Did you check to be sure the filter was placed with the correct flow direction? Others have put them in backwards before.

Yeah it should only go in the one way because on one side it has quick disconnects and the other threads.
