1999 manually disengaging the 4x4
 

Is there a way to manually disengage the 4x4 on a 1999 s10 blazer everytime I attempt to switch it on the dash I can hear the motor trying to work and the "click,click" under the dash kick cover I did unplug the motor on transfer case but it still won't disengage any help would be helpful
