Coolant issue

Coolant issue
I was driving down the road last night, and all of the coolant fell out of the bottom of my car. I changed my water pump a couple of years ago, but is it possible it's the water pump again? The water is dripping from somewhere on the passenger side.
What are the odds it is a head?
Once I towed it back to the house, I topped off the coolant/water and started my vehicle. It ran fine, but I only let it idle. There is some water coming out of the tailpipe, but my car didn't overheat or really heat up at all. Again though, I was only idling.
Photos of the water from the tailpipe are attached.

Run a coolant system pressure test.

How might I do that?

'coolant pressure test'. Plenty of instructions.

1st things 1st, is it condensation or coolant out the tail pipe? if it smells like coolant your hooped and there is an internal leak

all of the coolant? if it is a large leak like that and you dont smell antifreeze burning, it could very well be your water pump again. you should run a pressure check on your system to locate the leak. you will have to buy or possibly rent a pressure tester. all you do is attach it to where your radiator cap is and pump until it reaches the proper pressure. you can find out how much psi you need by looking at the bottom of your radiator cap.
