Well after some struggle it turns out I did **** poor job of adjusting the valves I backed off the rocker nuts the engine turned. Cars are a learning experience is there a way to adjust the valves with the intake on its running nice but a great deal of oil is coming through the pushrod of cylinder number 6 is this a problem? I like to that those who gave advice on this forum and hope someone reads my pains and learns.

it's messy but - have one valve cover off with engine running at operating temp. - loosen a rocker nut untill rocker just starts to rattle - tighten nut untill rattle just stops then slowly tighten nut 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn more - repeat for the rest of the valves on that side - shut down engine and reinstall valve cover, remove cover on other side, restart engine and repeat adjustments on that side [ most auto parts stores sell anti splatter clips, they attach to the rockers to slow the spray of oil while adjusting, well worth the money compaired to the loss of oil and cleanup time ]

The auto parts stores sell rocker arm clips. They deflect the oil so it's not shooting you in the face but I usually put a shop rag art the bottom of the head near the exhaust so all the oil doesn't just get on the exhaust manifold and stink for the next 100 miles or so.
As far as the oil coming through that's a good thing, you can never have enough oil flowing through as long as it's the proper weight anyways

the one time i tore apart my s10 i did what ODAT said, i just adjusted them while it was running. though i dont really know if thats the "proper" way to do it, that truck ran for many years after adjusting them
