I have a 1997 4 door Chevy Blazer, 2wd, and 220,000 miles. Recently I had my transmission replaced because it couldnt shift out of 2nd gear. It would shift from 1st to 2nd just find and then it would rev but not shift to 3rd. After the new transmission was put in the same problem occured for about a day and now the truck won't even come out of 1st. Reverse works perfectly fine, and the transmission doesnt respond if I try to shift manually. I'm stumped by this problem and I have no idea what to do. I've done some research and heard that with electrical transmissions it could be several problems, but I dont have a check engine light. I seriously need some help on this one.
