89' 4.3L high idle, Stall

Hey there guys, im new to the fourm and recently bringing back to life my late grandfathers 89 GMC jimmy. I use to drive it as a DD when i was 16 after messing around a little bit with it some issues came up,

basically the issues im having, is a very high idle in park, around 1750-2000rpm. which im guessing is from installing the throttle body spacer and not re adjusting the throttle cable it self?

the second is after the vehicle has warmed up and driven hard for a while, at a stop light it will stall out, Now i did replace the stock air intake on top of the TB with a high flow mass air intake from K&N 3" x 12" open to air filter. Which required removing a vacuum tube from the old filter housing, So im guessing i have a slight vacuum leak. which correct me if im wrong may cause the high idle as well as the stalling out,

If anyone has any other thoughts of what may be causing these issues please help out, the mods in the vehicle are as follow's and keep in mind i was 16 when i did this.

K&N high input air intake
Thrush Glass pack exhaust
Throttle body spacer (Manufacturer name forgotten)
Superchips performance chip.

Thank you in advance, Ill be picking the suv up on saturday its sitting in a barn at a farm, need to get it running in tip top shape for insurance inspection
