93 4.3 vortec crank, no start
 

I've had this s10 blazer for almost 3 years now and have put a lot of time and money into it. For a while it has had a long crank before it starts and it was getting worse, it would sputter and then fire up kinda slow. recently I put a fuel filter on, it helped a little. Then i decided i was going to replace the coil, plugs, wires, distributor, cap and rotor. Then one day it wouldn't start and the next day it would and then it wouldn't any more. The fuel pump was loud so i put a new fuel pump and sending unit it. It still wouldn't start. I put a fuel pressure regulator on, still no start. Spark is definitely going in and out of the dist and should be getting fuel but i don't have a pressure gauge. I used a test light to check the connector for the injector and got no pulse. There is no crank sensor and i think the cam sensor is part of the dist that i replaced already.
:Update: a couple months ago I put a fuel pressure gauge on it, it had 12 psi and needs 60. The store sold me the wrong one, i put in the new one and it fired right up.
