95 4.3 fit into a 98 blazer?
my engine blew in my 98 and my frien d is selling a 95 with a 4,3 engine. was wondering if it would fit right in? ant modifications?

You need a 1996-20010 engine for direct fitment. Later years can work as well, but may need some parts swapped and a hole drilled and tapped. There is a lot of differences between the '95 CPI engine and the later SCFI engines.

I read on some websites that I have to thread some sort of sensor that is suppose to be for my blazer? Ill have to reread.

Like Swartlkk said, it's really not worth trying to swap a '95 CPI 4.3 engine into a newer truck. There are quite a few differences. You'll be way better off finding one of the newer SCFI engines.
