The 93-94 4L60E did not have a PWM TCC solenoid so your computer will fry the TCC solenoid if a 93-94 transmission is used. As there were other modifications to the transmission for the PWM TCC upgrade, you cannot just swap a solenoid over. You may be able to use a transmission from a 96-97 provided it is a single piece main case and has the appropriate bolt pattern on the back to connect to your transfer case.
