95 vortex 4x4 won't even start with starting fluid
 

95 blazer with vortec engine. Has sat for a year. Gas was not drained out all this time. It turns over strong but won't start. I put 5 gallons of fresh gas in. I tried using starting fluid and still no start. I don't hear fuel pump kick on when I turn the key to on position. I can't find the schrader valve.
