Default 96 Jimmy Restarting issue

I have a 96 Jimmy with a 4.3V6 and it has 225,000 miles on it. The most impressive thing to me is that it doesn't use or burn a drop of oil. The problem I am having is that it will start up fine when the engine is cold but if I have been driving and shut it off and the turn it back on, there is a little hesitation to start. It hasn't failed to start yet but I know this isn't right. What should I check? I know it could stand a tuneup and a fuel injection flush but I wasn't sure if that would fix the problem at hand.

A tune up would be a good start. I am not saying that it will solve your problem, but it could contribute to the final solution.
