i have a 96 s-10 blazer and i need a new transmission it is a push button 4 wheel drive. What year blazers,trucks,bravados,etc. have the same tranny? i was told only 96 & 97 were compatible is this correct

 

Anything S-10 blazer/jimmy 1996 and newer will work. The 95 tranny is not the same. I learned this the hard way.

 

I was told that the ONLY transmittions that will work are the 96-97 blazer, bravada, jimmy, etc...
