96 vortec motor crank but won't start
 

Ok I have a 96 4.3 vortec That I recently swapped into my chevy silverado. During the swap we transfered My newer spider injection system and replaced plugs And wires due to lack of funds we reused the distributor that was cracked till I could afford to replace it. Because of that if it was damp out she ran like crap till last week when she decided not to start at all. This came about after I noticed me interior lights were not turning off. I tried turning them off on the dimmer switch with no results. Seeing as how my door sensors are both disconnected we ended up pulling the fuse. My battery still drained and she hasn't started since. I have replaced my distributor, cap n rotor plugs ignition coil and battery and she cranks but won't turn over. She's getting air, fuel cause u can smell her flooding out when u try to crank her. She's getting spark but no turn over...what's next? And if anyone knows y my lights won't go out please let me know. Thanks
