Default 98 rough idle,surging...etc

98 blazer 4.3 4x4 W/o spider injection
Sometimes it starts easy first thing in the morning sometimes it doesn't. I haven't found a pattern(rain, temperature, alignment of the stars). Always once the truck has been brought up to normal running temp it has a long start?.... I say that because it always starts but 3-5sec to start isn't right. Idle is rough. In the 500 range. As if its only running on 5 cylinders(pulled one plug at a time and didn't find and actual miss). Worse with a/c on. Never stalls ever. When accelerating sometimes it chuggs but not often. It does surge during acceleration only from a stop and only 1st to second gear. After that it's a beast. Great acceleration, dowshifting, passing, performance. Once in a while it does act as though its loading up and chuggs at cruising speed but clears up quickly. Its getting 14-17mpg city and 20-23 highway right now.

I've replaced all three O2 sensors (bosch)
Fuel pump (OE replacement Carter in-tank)
Cap n rotar (AcDelco)
Wires (MSD SF)
Plugs (Autolite platinum)
Coil (AcDelco)
Fuel filter
Air filter
Cleaned MAF

(Should the absolute pressure sensor on the intake sort of wiggle? Seems like it should be snug)

I had the parts store check the ignition module they said it was good.
As for the hard start I did the old turn the key on n wait a few seconds before I start to see if it was a fuel system bleed off..... didn't help.

I'm replacing the 1-2 shift solenoid because it shifts hard. I'm also replacing the motor mounts because as a by-product of shifting hard it's ruined those. While I'm at it I'm doing fluid and filter which is a little over due but not too much.

I'm not sure if I should be looking at the throttle positioning sensor, the EGR, or fuel pressure regulator because it does smell as if it's running rich. If those things do not correct my problem I'm curious if it's possible a bad torque converter could be causing some issues. My thoughts on this or if the torque converter is binding at idle on a regular basis could that be throwing off the information that the ECM is getting which will make it rich because of the extra drag? Also at High speed 80-85 sometimes I can feel in the tranny and see it in the rpm's it slips in and out a few time until the truck digs in so-to-speak... rpm's 2.1 to 2.5 at 80- 85. I think this truck has a stall lock up? Oh and it's throwing no codes just service engine soon sometimes but comes and goes.

I do have a OBD Lx Bluetooth scanner. It gives me some real time information but I don't know what I'm looking at on the really spacific information.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
