99 LS Blazer timming

How do i check the timming on my 4.3ltr Blazer? Do i set it like a normal engine or is it computer controlled?

All timing is computer controlled, It cant be advanced. You need a high end scanner to do a crank position relearn if needed, that is basically adjusting your timing then do a camshaft position set Which adj. rotor to contacts on the cap.

Oh ok, well that sucks...

Yes, dont move anything with the dist. You`ll create misfires
