Default ac/free-on hoses

sorry, but not sure which thread this goes into. the hi & low pressure hoses that go into the accumulator, well, the low pressure one got cut, so i bought the new hoses. i think all the free-on leaked out, but how can i be sure. is all the pressure out of the hi pressure hose that didn't get cut?

if one hose got cut on a Ac system, you will have no refridgerant left in it!!!! doesnt matter if its high side/low side. because the system is a LOOP basically, and the pressure in the system is higher the atmosphere, so if there is any leaks. it will drain the whole system.

you will be fine to put your new hoses on. and either take it to someone who can properly recharge, or get a vacuum pump, guages, refrigerant, and do it yourself.

hope this helps
