Passenger side front outboard differential bearing - S-10 Forum

I have a bad bearing on the left side of my front diff I am thinking it is #30 in the above diagram from s10 forum in the picture it makes it seem as if you need to take apart the whole case to get to it. But I have also heard you can replace this bearing with a slide hammer. has anyone done this or know what I am talking about

I have a 1990 s10 blazer 4x4 4.3 5 speed thanks eveyone, I am thinknig about just buying a new one but sure could save a lot of cash replacing the bearings instead

If its number 30 you will have to take the case apart .
