Default Attention blazer experts!

I have a 1997 S10 blazer that has been parked for 10 years and I can’t seem to figure out what the solution is and I need any kind of advice/help I can get to put it back on the road.

I parked it when I started realizing the fuel consumption was terrible, and had no speed or acceleration at all. I was fuelling up almost every 60-70km on a 70L tank (try that with todays gas prices lol).

As for the speed/acceleration, if I floor the gas pedal on a straight flat road, I can MAYBE get up to 80Km/h (90Km/h downhill).

Then there’s the exhaust…. Blue-ish white cloud of smoke coming from the exhaust roughly around the same time everything else started happening.

I started looking all over the internet in hopes I could find someone with similar issues, but the closest I found was the catalytic converter.

PLOT TWIST, THERE ISN’T ONE… it’s been cut out and replaced with a piece of pipe and welded on. I’ve changed the O2sensor thinking that would do something but nothing.
Any solutions, ideas or advice, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Start with a compression test and spark plug inspection.

I agree with Les, need to check compression and the plugs. Im betting the engine has internal problems.
