Does it heat up properly, idle good, accelerate good, stock tire size?

That's what I get,(well actually more like 13ish) and mine is all tuned up and fresh oil change. Guess its the nature of the 4.3

I get around 10mpg in town during winter. Never had this car in summer but hoping to get much better mpg. Driving onroad longer runs i get around 20mpg.

10mpg sound really bad :)
