My area just recently got snow and it's been all the way down to 9° and I'm pretty sure it was just straight water in the radiator and coolant system and I ran it and it got really hot and I didn't notice now when I go to crank it it just clicks what does this mean and what could I have possibly done to the engine and how can I find out if it seized or not

If you had straight water in the radiator/block there is a good chance the block and radiator have cracked. The reason it got hot is you had no flow of water through the block as the radiator was frozen solid. You might want to take a look at both real close. If the freeze plugs did their job on the block you'll be lucky.
