Default Engine bogging

I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer 4.3L, and on my way home from work today while driving it started to bog down and wouldn't accelerate.. (Also check engine light came on.) I pulled over turned her off and waited a few minutes to start her back up. She ran a few miles then did the same thing.. Eventually got her home but not sure what the problem is. Recently changed
- Plugs & Wires
-distributor cap & rotor
Had cleaned carb and fuel injectors as well.

Any ideas?

I would go to my local parts store and have them pull the code for me to see what the problem could be.
