carb vs FI

so i got a 95 2dr 4wd blazer and motors got high miles, im planning on doing a 350 swap and i was planning on going the FI route but i think im just going go a cheaper route due to future plans i will have to sell in a few years. if i wanted to go stock 350 carbed and wanted to keep the 4wd would i have to go down to a 700r4 or can i keep the 4l60e? what would be the cost difference of both assuming i had both trannys already? now if i wanted to go FI what would be the cost difference between carb and FI. mind you everything would by stock engine wise. i dont wanna go cheapo on this project but i dont wanna spend alot of money into something that i will be selling in 2-3years. i wanna have a little fun now. what would your recommendations be?

The 700R4 would be much easier to implement since the 4L60E needs a computer to control it. And carb'd would definitely be easier and cheaper, but it depends on your local laws as to whether that is a legit option.
