Default Cat Converter Help

Morning, I'm in the process of sprucing up the ol' gal and am confused about which catalytic converter to purchase. The vehicle had both the pre-cat and main cat cut off before I bought it and it's had a CEL since. I tried the anti-fouler trick to keep the light off but it still comes on. Anyway I want to replace the y-pipe and regain the converter...my mileage is in the toilet, I hate the light and the smell. My vehicle was originally built for and sold to California as a gov't fleet car so I was under the assumption it has California Emissions. However, the vehicle does not have EGR or an air injection pump. The VECI sticker under the hood says it conforms to "U.S. EPA NLEV regulations AND California regulations." So does this mean it is a 50 state CARB vehicle and not strictly Cali or Federal? If you visit Magnaflow's website, even the supposed 49 state y-pipes say "with California emissions." I just want to know which y-pipe I need to keep the light off and the ECU happy. Part # 49574 is what I think I need if I build it as Federal, but not sure. 2002 Blazer 4x4 LS. It does have RPO NC1 for Cali emissions, LEV. Thanks in advance!!

Nevermind.......... I ended up calling Magnaflow and asking them. Turns out I was right.....while my vehicle has California emissions, the less expensive 49 state Y-pipe is the correct part for use in Michigan.
