Default cold starting issue

Hello my 2000 Blazer wont start when cold. We did all the reg tune up stuff plugs, cap, wires. It starts great if I leave inside heated garage. We checked fuel pressure readings when it was warmish held around 60psi all night. We checked the pressure this morning
-10c outside it is also was at 60psi when key is in on position but falls of to 45psi when you startcranking motor over. It did start after a few tryspressure ran at 55psi when running. We are thinking of replacing fuel pump should cranking pressure be greater then 45 psi when engine is cranking over?
Thanks Jamie

Second sentence from the link above... The pressure should never drop below 55psi per the book.

Unfortunately, the internet filters here at work don't let me view the diagnostic charts in the post, so I am unable to answer your question right now.
