Default CPI upper intake removal

Any secrets to getting this darn thing off? Pulled all the bolts out and it will not budge. Tried Rubber mallet and prybar and nothing. Any ideas?

When I took mine off, it just came right off. You must be missing something.

its a 94 (look at the name). I went all around the lip of it and cannot feel another bolt...supposed to be 10, but mine only had 9 bolts
