I recently had a tranny leak on my 07 LS. Mechanic fixed the leak and the stick read low. He filled it up and It was fine. Until I realized today he used dexron micron 3 ATF and not dexron vi. Should I be concerned here?

 

You should be safe, how much fluid was added?
