Hey guys been a while , Well was driving home and my 2002 blazer died code came up
p0345 cam sensor, I have never had this issue with any vehicle before So here's my question is it the sensor or at least in that general area? and I assume there would only be one of these? '
It was horrible had to be pulled up an incline by a jeep liberty lol

 

are you sure you have the right code number, it doesnt seem to exist on any of the reference sites i have access to at work

 

yes the code is correct i use an Autel scanner and have their DTC library on my computer,
P0345 is cam position sensor A bank 2 malfunction, kinda make me think I have 2 cam position
sensors .But honestly I don't know

 

Well blazer is fixed new sensor,distributor shaft and rotor all in all not a bad repair, found out when the local garage did the rotor last year they left 2 old screws sitting on top of rotor they took part of the top fins off
