engine swap

Hey guys I wanted to to know if a 5.7 LT1 motor out a 92 Buick roadmaster will bolt up to a 4L60e transmission.......thanks for any help

Yes it will bolt up to the 4l60e in your 95 blazer. It will not just drop into the engine bay though.

Yes it will bolt up to 4L60e? I know I have to change motor mounts and headers....

Yeah I believe that's what Kyle meant, he just had a rare typo is all.

swartlkk Jul 21, 2012 02:16 PM

Yeah, sorry... Corrected. I typed that out on my new Nexus 7 and for some reason it seemed to force correct 'bolt' to 'not' without my permission or even me knowing/seeing it...:icon_screwy:

Check out "painless wire" on google. get ready to spend some big money on a drop in wiring harness if you dont have the ideas on making your own.

I really don't want to buy a wire harness I would like to take full set up off 96 Buick roadmaster and set it up in my 95 blazer since nothing is different but motor size

i'm going through something similar with my blazer , Best bet is to get the full wire harness , computer and anything that you think you might need.My 350 is on the stand right now getting rebuilt Good Luck
