Whats a good engine to drop into these beasts Im looking for more power than the stock 350. But not something that get's 6 mpg. Also What would the price range be for this?

possibilities are endless. i got a 73 400ci in mine, torquey engine, will throw you back in the seat. and for the record i get 7 mpg :)

common thing people are doing now a days is taking the newer LS motors, like the 5.3 or 6.0 alogn with a 4l60 or 4l80 transmission and putting them in their older trucks.
