evap leak,misfire, and now wont start
 

theres a code it says an evap leak near the gas tank is what the dealership here said, and theres a misfire on all 6 cylinders, and now whenever i run through a little water it skips like mad and now it wont start, the starter turns for a couple of seconds and stops itself dont know if this is normal or not but my dad wants to get rid of it right away and i want to get it fixed, i could appreciate the help right away!!!
