Default Freeze Plug Behind Motor Mount 95 Blazer

Is it possible to replace the front freeze plug(s) that are behind the motor mount(s) without pulling the engine? Can you remove the mount and lower/raise the motor enough to get access? Has anyone here ever tried?

ive done that on dodges before. if your truck is 2wd probably be a lot easier without all the 4x4 crap in the way. you can usually take out one motor mount and leave the other one attached if you can lift and support the engine some how. i always replaced motor mounts on these trucks one at a time
