fuel pump not getting power

No. that's the filler ground. It may connect to same point or not but has nothing to do with your fuel pump.

G402 is the term for the fuel pump grounding point connection, shown on the schematic.
It looks like wires going to a bolt.

Get someone to help you on this that has troubleshot electrical problems beofre.

alright sorry if i asked about the same thing too many times im tired just got out of the shower from working on the thing constantly 2 days of trial and error will take it out of ya but thanks to you guys i got something new to try and something should eventually fix it so thank you all and have a great night and god bless.

I know how you feel. The more frustrated you get the more obsessed and narrow-focused.

That's why I suggest fresh eyes on it. There's only so much we can do from here.
