No it didn't ad far as I could tell. I mean the stuff in there was probably really old it didn't look like dexcool either but it was more brownish orange and not green

Ahh, ok. Neglected Dexcool turns brown and plugs things up Really needs to be completely flushed every 36K miles or 3 years.

No problem, glad to help. Check those heater hoses: both of them need to be hot. If not, probably the thermostat needs replacement. If only one is hot, heater core is plugged up, needs replacement anyway due to the leak. If you decide to do the core yourself, it requires complete removal of the entire instrument panel from the vehicle. If you're a rookie at dashboard removal/installation, allow 8-10 hours of time. Take plenty of pictures and notes during disassemby. There are some threads in the "How-to" section, here on the forum, that will help. Don't misunderstand, it is a very time consuming job, and it requires a bit of contorsionism. No special tools, and not difficult, just time consuming.

Yea both heater hoses are hot temp gauge has been a little higher then its been but the heater core has not leaked in days so my question is this, could anything else from the dash leak? I just cant understand why I would get a couple of drops of what appeared to be dexcool but then for a week or more no drips? I'm not sure if it needs a heater core or not. When I flushed it out I got full flow out of it in both directions so I'm at this point dumb founded on why it would leak a couple of drops and then nothing

yea, pretty odd. No other liquids in the dash to leak, and unfortunately, you can't see the core unless you remove it. Are you noticing any film on the inside of the windshield, or a sweet odor, in heat or defrost modes? If so, that's a dead giveaway of a leaky heater core... along with the puddle of course.

EDIT: Might have to pressure test the cooling system to see if it leaks on the floor.
