Help PCV valve
 

Hello everyone I recently had my intake and valve cover gasket done. Got it back everything looks and runs good except the PCV valve rattling at cold start up. I replaced it thinking it was bad but it still rattles at idle. Any suggestions? Thanks

rattles usually normal. there is a little metal piece that moves inside it. sometimes they get pretty loud. If you arent mechanic savvy, they get really quiet if they get gummed up. they probably replaced it with a new one and now it rattles.

X2... generally a noisy PCV is a healthy one.
Grap a new one off the shelf at the store & give it a shake.
