HELP takes long time to start..but runs good

hello...im having trouble starting my vehicle..02 blazer 4.3. It turns over and shutters like it wants to start but doesnt. It did this yesterday but not so bad...it would start yesterday and ran fine once started...but this morning when trying to go to work....it wouldnt start. I bought a fuel filter yesterday...to install today...but it seems to me that if it runs fine after starting..then it prob. isnt the fuel filter. Could it be the fuel pump? Please help Im stuck!!

fuel pressure regulator probably.

it keeps fuel in your line, if its bad it will drain back into the tank. then when you go to start it there is no fuel in the lines.
