how do I remove engine mounts

Default how do I remove engine mounts

I have a 98 chevy blazer that I am replacing the engine in and need to know how to remove the engine mounts, please help.

2wd or 4wd? Its easier on a 2wd because you have better access to the sides of the block.

The attached picture should help some.

On a 4wd, the front diff and driveshaft can get in the way.

it is a 4wd. the thumbnail was helpful though. I should be able to get them now, thanks
