Default How to identify heads?

My dad and I have a 1988 Blazer with a modded motor.

He wants to convert it to a carb. It has the stock TBI computer but it has a holley TB, trick flow heads, headers, edelbrock intake, bigger cam, and dual exhaust w/ magnaflows.

Its starving for fuel from the stock computer with emissions on it.

My dad is a car guy and knows carbs 10x better than EFI

So anyway to know what intake to get we need to know what heads are on the motor and we don't know what they are or whether they're pre '86 or not.

Any tips or trick would be great
