How much?

Do you think a lower intake gasket and 4 rotor machine should be??

The intake gasker is only $75. It usually cost $10-$15 to turn each rotor. If you are having a shop do the intake gasket, then you would probably look at a couple of hours labor, $65-$90 an hour around here.
