Default Ignition Module?

Hi All,

I have a problem with my 99 GMC Safari.

I installed a new ignition system...Plugs(AC Delco), Wires, Cap & Rotor, 2 years ago, when my van was a no start...

my diagnosis was that the oil stunk like gas so i figured i flooded the engine and fouled the plugs and needed replace. after the job was done it fired up ran like a champ so i was happy...for a year.

then 1 year later we have a no start again. so having a funny fealing; i changed out all my plugs again and voila, we are back in business runnning like champ.

so I need to know what to look into that could be blowing my plugs.

the first time the cap was so corroted i figured it was making a hotter spark due to a bigger jump in the cap,but the second time this can not be.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
