Issue starting up.

My 98 chevy blazer with 4.3 engine has been having trouble starting. It cranks fine when the key is turned but won't fire up. If I spray a little bit of starting fluid in the throttle body it will fire up no problem. This issue was every couple of days, but now it's every time I shut it off and let it sit for a little bit. Plugs, wires, distributor and fuel pump/sending unit have all been replaced. The throttle body looks clean and seems to be functioning properly. Any suggestions on what the issue could be?

Perform the fuel pressure and leak down test in the sticky and see what you get. Do you have good spark when it cranks but wont run?

I'm not sure if it has good spark. It cranks really well but won't start. until I spray a little bit of starting fluid in the throttle body. How do I check for a good spark?

Since it starts with starter fluid, do the fuel pressure tests first.
