Need advice please

I have a 2000 chevy blazer ls 4.3ltr 4wd with 138k miles. I recently attempted driving it from idaho to Nevada when the automatic transmission went out.. It was driving fine down the highway but after about 30 miles it gave a couple of jolts and went out I babied it home in and out of 1st and 2nd gear. The shop put a used tranny in it with 90 day warranty. It drove very smoothly for a few days in town then when I attempted to drive it to Nevada the second time I got about 100 miles down the highway and again it went out.. This time it wouldn't shift into any gear except 3rd. Back in the shop. Both times I was traveling 80 mph at about 2100 rpms. Any ideas if there is maybe something causing the tranny to go out or any ideas comments would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

How about not driving to Nevada anymore?

Other than that, I don't know of anything that would cause a transmission to go out like that. Coincidence? Get the 90 day warranty one fixed, and see if anything happens again.
