Assuming you swapped the transmission with an exact replacement and same specs what comes to my mind is:
forgot to reconnect some wires?
pinched wires?
blown fuses?

I've checked all fuses and had the wire tied back out of the way to keep them from being pinched

Pull the crank fuse and see if you get 12v at the fuse holder blade when you put the ignition key in start.

If yes then replace the fuse and do the same on the ppl wire at the NSS.

Report back and we will go from there.

As long as you’re sure that you were measuring the solid purple wire and not the purple and white wire down at the neutral safety switch, and you were measuring with the ignition in the start position then your problem is the purple wire from the fuse box down to the neutral safety switch. I would examine that wire loom to make sure you didn’t pinch anything or you don’t see any obvious corrosion. If that comes up empty, then unbolt the fuse box and gently lift it up without stressing it too much and look and see if there’s corrosion or any problems underneath.. If you still don’t find the problem, then we’re gonna need to run a new wire which I can help you with. Keep me posted.

That’s a good plan, just make sure the jumper wire is fused
