Oil Cooler Line Leaking at Fitting
 

Hey guys, awesome site here. It has come in handy many times. I am running into a problem that I couldn't find the answer too anywhere else on the forums.

My lower oil cooler line is leaking at the quick connect fitting. I noticed many people said they have had issues with the oil lines and had to replace them but those leaks sounded like they were leaking at the line where the rubber and aluminum tubing connect.

As I stated before I am having an issue of it leaking at the cooler fitting on the radiator. We replaced the o-ring, and I purchased some new retaining rings but I still get a leak.

Maybe I have the wrong size o-ring, does anyone know where I can get the correct size/what the correct size is? Or maybe I need a new fitting? Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Forgot to say what kind of Blazer I have. It is a 1997 Blazer, 4.3L, 2WD.

Check with the dealer on those parts since they are sometimes hard to "match" up if you don't have an original to compare it with... And if you are up to it just add an external cooler and not use the lines in the radiator... it would eliminate the "quick connect" fittings and give you better temperature control of your oil...
