oil leak from unknown source, please help!

So heres the deal. A few weeks ago i replaced both the valve cover gaskets on my blazer and the leak went away. Then the gasket on my oil filter bracktet sprung a leak. wel cleared that up. Then oil started spurting out of the dipstick. Well we fixed that too. But then the problem. My oil cap would shoot off when i get high rpms and its done it 3 times now. ive even used bigger caps. theres just a lot of pressure r something. well now there oil leaking again on the left side, and we have no idea where from, we just know the oil is pooling the the right of the left valve cover. any ideas?

Hmm.....Check your pvc and see if its clogged up. it vents pressure and if its clogged, pressures gotta go somewhere. Not sure if a headgasket or cracked head would do this.

To have a build up of pressure in the crankcase, you basically have to plug off both the PCV valve line AND the fresh air make up line. The PCV line connects to the lower intake manifold and runs over to the driver side valve cover. The fresh air make up line goes from the intake hat (plastic piece that fits onto the top of the throttle body) down to the passenger side valve cover.
