Overheating problems, help please!

2001 Jimmy 4.3 Vortec. Replaced intake gaskets, thermostat and radiator cap. Ran to operating temperature, no problems.

Drove it to work, overheats again and find coolant POURING out of a small 2” long rubber hose coming out of the oil or maybe transmission pan.

Any ideas? Also, what is that hose? Can’t find any info on it.

can you post a pic or two of this hose? I can't think of any coolant hose that belongs in that location.
