Default Possible fuel problem?

Last night on my way home my SES light came on. I hooked up my scanner and the codes were as follows, p0174, p0171, p1131, and p0303, 174 and 171 are lean banks, 303 is misfire on #3, and 1131 is an o2 problem i think. my question is after doing some reading today, im wondering if im having a fuel deliver problem (spider?) i have not gotten the chance to spray all my vacuum lines yet but i will be doing that soon. I also need to hook up a fuel pressure gauge and look for leak down and figure out my pressures. anyone have anything else that maybe i have forgotten?
