Preventing fuel injector problems

Hi everyone. I keep hearing about the injector problems in the W VIN 4.3L engines. Would something like Lucas or Chevron Techron prevent them? I usually use Lucas every few fillups and Chevron Techron every couple months. I already had this engine's intake gaskets done and I don't want to have it taken apart again for anything if possible, especially if everyone complains about the injectors. I also have the fuel filter replaced every 5,000 miles.

Someone has instilled in me that your vehicle will run like crap if you put cheap gas in it. But i have found that its actully were you buy your gas that matters like at chevron for instance or Mobil\Exxon. This will save you alot of headaches in the long run. Ive actully dune the test between the two because my 96 is so sensitive it was easy to tell the differance. Just thought this might help it has me!
